Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je analýza financování sportu ve městě Teplice. V teoretické části jsou nastíněna témata přibližující oblast sportu, kde jsou vysvětleny definice sportu a volného času a osvětleny možnosti financování sportu v České republice. Vše je doplněno charakteristikou neziskových organizací, kterými nejčastěji sportovní organizace jsou. Pro praktickou část je vybráno město Teplice, na němž jsou ukázány způsoby financování sportovních organizací. Je vysvětlena forma dotací do oblasti sportu plynoucí z veřejných rozpočtů - příjmy od státu, od Ústeckého kraje a zejména od města Teplice společně s oblastmi, které příjem finančních prostředků pro sportovní organizace ovlivňují. Výběr jedné sportovní organizace ve městě Teplice přibližuje možnosti příjmů a výdajů a následně jsou navržena možná zlepšení. Výsledky práce by mohly sloužit ke změnám a zlepšení fungování TJ Lokomotiva Teplice nebo jako souhrnný přehled o formách financování sportovních organizací v České republice.
The aim of this Diploma Thesis is to get the analyses of financing sport in the town Teplice. In the theoretical part topics related to sport are denoted, definitions of sport and of free time activities are explained as well as various options of financing sport in the Czech Republic are stated. In addition, the characteristics of non-profit association, which is the typical type of sport organizations, are clarified. The town Teplice was chosen for the practical part in order to show various ways of financing sport associations. The forms of grants are explained. The grants are gained from the public budget, for example, from the state budget, from the county Ústecko and especially from the town Teplice, which affect the income of the financial sources of the sport associations. The choice of the sport association in Teplice enables to provide options of the incomes and expenses, for which some possible improvements are suggested. The outcomes of my diploma thesis could be used to change and to improve the functioning of TJ Lokomotiva Teplice or be used as the overall summary of the forms of financing sport associations in the Czech Republic.
