Abstract
Tématem této diplomové práce je případová studie - finanční analýza a celkové hodnocení a měření výkonnosti firmy. Jednotlivé kapitoly obsahují údaje potřebné k vytvoření si prvotní představy o finanční analýze a o způsobu hodnocení podniku. Na jejich základě je poté možné snadněji pochopit skutečnosti, které jsou v praktické části řešeny pro konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt - firmu CROY s.r.o. Teoretická část diplomové práce se nejprve věnuje podstatě a významu finanční analýzy. Dále jsou definováni její hlavní uživatelé a podstatné zdroje informací pro její vypracování. V další části následuje podrobná charakteristika hlavních a nejčastěji používaných metod finančních analýz. Tyto metody jsou rozděleny na klasická a moderní měřítka výkonnosti podniku. Závěr teoretické části je věnován problematice hodnocení vybraných ukazatelů. V úvodu praktické části diplomové práce je představena analyzovaná firma CROY s.r.o., její postavení na trhu, pozice kterou zaujímá mezi konkurenty a shrnutí všech silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb v analýze SWOT. Následuje vlastní finanční analýza této firmy provedená v období 2000-2006 pomocí vybraných instrumentů. Dále jsou porovnány výsledné hodnoty vybraných klasických ukazatelů s moderními měřítky výkonnosti. Na závěr byla vytvořena predikce budoucího vývoje - finanční plán pro následující 3 roky a shrnutí zjištěných poznatků.
The theme of this thesis is a case study - financial analysis and a general assessment and measurement of a company´s performance. Individual chapters include readings needed for forming an initial concept about the financial analysis and the assessment of the company. On these grounds it is then easier to understand the facts that are solved in the practical part for the given legal entity - the company CROY s.r.o. The theoretic part of this thesis deals firstly with a purpose and principles of the financial analysis. Then the main users and important information sources are defined. In the next part follows detailed characteristic of the main and most frequent methods used for financial analysis. These methods are separated into the classical and modern measures of a company´s performance. The end of the theoretic part deals with an evaluation choice indicators. The practical part of this thesis starts with the introduction of the analyzed company CROY s.r.o., overall position on the market as well as position among the competitors. The part of this thesis contains summary of all strong and weak aspects or possibilities and threats in the SWOT analysis. The next follow the financial analysis of this company over the period 2000-2006 with an assistance of representative instruments. Then the resulting values choice the classical indicators with modern measures of a company´s performance are confronted. The end of the practical part was formed prediction for incoming development - financial plan for next 3 years and summary recognized information.
