Abstract
Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza ekonomické situace středně velké firmy působící v oblasti potravinářského průmyslu. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V první části se budeme zabývat popisem finanční analýzy, charakteristikou základních ukazatelů a vysvětlením čtyř metod určení finanční stability společnosti. Dále navazuje charakteristika společnosti Framil, s. r. o. V praktické části se zaměříme na vypracování samotné finanční analýzy a zhodnocení finanční stability firmy. Analýza bude provedena prostřednictvím absolutních a poměrových ukazatelů. Provedeme horizontální a vertikální analýzu výkazu zisku a ztrát a poměrovou analýzu za pomocí ukazatelů rentability, aktivity, likvidity a zadluženosti. Poté ověříme soustavy ukazatelů a vyhodnotíme jejich závěry. V poslední části bude představena finanční analýza v elektronické podobě. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení ekonomické situace a posouzení bonity podniku. V případě odhalení problémů se pokusit navrhnout doporučení a upozornit na možná budoucí rizika ve vývoji společnosti.
The topic of my diploma work is the analysis of the economic situation of a medium company, which operates in the food-processing industry. The diploma work consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the first part we will deal with the description of financial analysis, the character of basic indicators and the explaination of the four methods for the determination of a financial stability of the company. Then the characterization of the company of Framil follows. In the practical part we will focus on the elaboration of the financial analysis itself and the classification of the financial stability of the company. The analysis will be done by means of absolute and financial ratios. We will do the horizontal and vertical analysis of the income and expenditures as well as the financial analysis by means of the profitability ratios, asset management, liquidity ratios and debt management. Then we will check the systems of ratios and we will determine their outcome. In the last part the financial analysis in the electronic form will be introduced. The aim of the diploma work is the classification of the economic situation and the judgement of the company´s financial standing. In case of the detection of troubles we will attempt to suggest recommendations and to warn of a possible future risk in the development of the company.
