Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast řízení zásob ve společnosti ALFA a. s. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů v souvislosti s problematikou řízení zásob, jejich klasifikaci, významu pro podnik, nákladům s nimi spojeným a metodám řízení zásob. Část případové studie ve vybraném podniku je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu zásob, na proces obstarávání, skladování a kontrolu zásob. Provedena je klasifikace zásob prostřednictvím ABC analýzy. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou v závěru práce navržena opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu řízení zásob ve společnosti. Pro vybrané položky v rámci skupin dle analýzy ABC jsou navrženy strategie řízení zásob.
The thesis deals with inventory management in the company ALFA Plc. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to inventory management issues, their classification, importance for the company, related costs and inventory management methods. Part of the case study in the selected company is focused on the analysis of the current state of inventory in the company, on providing, warehousing and inventory control. There is performed inventory classification through ABC analysis. In conclusion, based on the findings, there are proposed measures to improve the current state of inventory management in the company. Within the groups according to ABC analysis, inventory management strategies are suggested for the selected items.
