Abstract
Tato disertační práce je soustředěna na metodu Balanced Scorecard, jeden z moderních strategických systémů pro efektivní řízení podniku,zakládající se na měření výkonnosti podniku ve čtyřech perspektivách - finanční, zákaznická, perspektiva interních procesů a perspektiva učení se a růstu. Hlavním přínosem disertační práce je popis a návrh různých metodologií a technik, které se dají a mají používat v procesu implementace metody BSC, a to pro každou jednotlivou perspektivu, jakož i návrh různých technik pro správné formulování vize a vhodný výběr a úspěšnou implementaci strategie.
This dissertation is focussed on the method Balanced Scorecard, one of the modern strategic systems for effective enterprise management, which is based on enterprise performance measurement in four perspectives - finances, customers, internal processes, and learning and growth. The main contribution of the dissertation is the description and suggestion of different methodologies and techniques that can and must be used in the BSC method implementation process, and that is for every single perspective, as well as the suggestion of different techniques for right vision formulation and suitable strategy choice and its successful implementation.
