Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá viskoelastické vlastnosti šicích nití před šitím a po procesu šití. Je zkoumáno, jaký vliv má na tyto vlastnosti šicí stroj. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se tohoto problému. Dále jsou zde popsány všechny faktory, které mají na tyto vlastnosti vliv. V experimentální části jsou zkoumány čtyři druhy průmyslových šicích nití firmy AMANN, s.r.o. Zkouškám jsou podrobeny nitě, které nebyly použity v šicím procesu a nitě použité v tomto procesu, které byly následně vyjmuty z řady stehů. Pro experiment byl použit šicí stroj na dvounitný řetízkový steh. Zjištěné výsledky byly zaznamenány a porovnány.
This bachelor work deals with the viskoelastic properties of sewing threads before and after sewing process. It is investigated how the sewing machine affects these properties of sewing threads. There are explained the basic terms about this issue in the theoretical part. Furthermore there are described all factors that affect these properties. There are investigated four types of the industrial sewing threads of the company AMANN, s.r.o. in the experimental part. The experiment consisted of investigating threads, which were not used in the process of sewing and of threads which were used in this process and after that were taken out of the line of stitches. For this experiment was used the sewing machine for the two-thread-chain stitch. The proven results were written down and compared.
