Abstract
Témou tejto diplomovej práce je analýza vplyvu nastavenia parametrov ažurovacieho šijacieho stroja Cornely 10-3 na kvalitu výslednej ažury. Pre experiment bol šijací stroj podrobený zmenám v nastavení jeho parametrov, ktoré z hľadiska vypracovania najviac vplývajú na kvalitu vzhľadu ažury. Následne bolo potrebné vyhodnotiť kvalitu vzhľadu ažurovacích vzorov pomocou navrhnutej alternatívnej metodiky. Vrásnenie vzorky bolo zisťované pomocou bezkontaktnej metódy snímania 3D reliéfu textílie laserovým skenovacím zariadením. Pomocou obrazovej analýzy sa skúmali charakteristiky tvaru dierok ažury. Výsledky týchto meraní boli ďalej porovnávané s výsledkami subjektívneho hodnotenia troch respondentov.
The theme of the thesis is analysis of influence of settings of parameters hemstitch machinery Cornely 10-3 on quality of resulting hemstitch. For this experiment a sewing machine was submitted to charges in settings, which from the aspect of working-out most influences on quality and design of hemstitch. Subsequently there was a need evaluate quality appearance of samples with the help of proposed alternative methodic. Buckling of samples was investigated with non - contact method scan of 3D textile relief by laser scan device. Characteristic of shape of holes was examined by visual analysis. Results of these measurements were further compared with results of subjective evaluation of tree respondents.
