Abstract
Práce zkoumá vliv vstupních proměnných parametrů opalovací jednotky stroje Parex-Mather na výstupní délku odstávajících vláken u bavlněných tkanin. Cílem je zjištění optimálního nastavení rychlosti a intenzity plamene při známé plošné hmotnosti textilie pro dosažení hodnoty délky vláken po opálení 0,4 mm. Zásadním úkolem je nalézt metodiku nalezení funkce, která reprezentuje závislosti vstupních parametrů na výstupní délce odstávajících vláken. Zároveň je také nutné zjistit, které ze vstupních faktorů, či jejich vzájemných interakcí, ovlivňují výstup významně a které je možno při sestavování matematického modelu zanedbat. Dále práce navrhuje řešení automatické regulace intenzity plamene, které bylo realizováno v prostředí MATLAB - SIMULINK a jehož funkčnost byla ověřena graficky.
The diploma work Regulation of Singeing Modul of Parex-Mather Machine analyses the impact of input variable parameters of singeing machine Parex-Mather upon the length of outstanding fibers of cotton fabrics. The desired outcome is to optimise the speed and flame rates for the tabulated surface weight of fabric to reach a 0.4 mm length of singed fibers. The major task is to find a procedure to retrieve a function representing a dependence of input parameters on an output length of outstanding cotton fibers. Moreover, it is important to determine which input factors or their mutual interactions pose the eminent influence and which ones are insignificant and therefore may be omitted when obtaining the mathematical model. This diploma work also projects an analysis of automatic regulation of flame rate performed at MATLAB SIMULINK and verified in graphic charts.
