Abstract
Diplomová práce je úvodem do oblasti enkapsulace. V teoretické části se formou literární rešerše zabývá charakteristikou mikrokapsulí se zaměřením na metodiku jejich přípravy. V rámci experimentální části práce byly připraveny mikrokapsule chemickými, fyzikálně-chemickými a mechanickými metodami. V diplomové práci je uvedena charakteristika připravených mikrokapsulí - výpočet distribuce jejich velikostí a stanovení objemových poměrů jádro/obal. Výsledky jsou zpracovány ve formě histogramů a jsou doplněny o snímky vzniklých mikročástic.
The thesis of diploma work is introduction to the encapsulation area. The theoretical part deals with characteristics of microcapsules with focus on the manufacturing methodology of their preparation in the way of the bookish background research. In the experimental part were prepared microcapsules by chemical, physiochemical and mechanical way. The thesis stated the characteristics of prepared microcapsules - calculation of scatter of their size and assignment of the volumic core/shell ratio. Elaboration of the results is in form of the histograms and coupled with pictures of the microelements arise.
