Dvojí cesta ke smyslu českých dějin: T. G. Masaryk a J. Pekař

Abstract
Cílem práce je porovnání dvou filozofií českých dějin v pojetí T. G. Masaryka a J. Pekaře. Ideologie české státnosti v pojetí T. G. Masaryka je porovnána s ideou národní identity J. Pekaře. Práce analyzuje dvě etapy sporu těchto dvou osobností vzhledem k pozitivistickému a ideologickému pojetí smyslu českých dějin. Práce spočívá v komparaci textů a četba zahrnuje studium primární literatury. V závěru práce je řešena aktuálnost tzv. české otázky v dnešní době.
The bachelor thesis compares two main philosophical approaches concerning the Czech history defined by T. G. Masaryk and J. Pekař. The ideology of the Czech statehood conceptualized by T. G. Masaryk will be compared to J. Pekař's Idea of National Identity. The paper analyses a dispute about the meaning of Czech history, while focusing on the parts where T. G. Masaryk and J. Pekař figured. Their perception of the meaning about the Czech history and its sense is put into contrast between the positivists and the ideologists approach. The thesis is based on a comparison of texts and a study of foreign literature as a primary source. The contemporary query about the alleged Czech Question in nowadays society is being scrutinized at the end of the thesis.
