Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá dětským psychiatrickým oddělením Krajské nemocnice v Liberci a jejím cílem je popsat nejen toto oddělení, ale také charakteristiku klientů školního věku hospitalizovaných na tomto oddělení, převážně s poruchami chování a jak dalece na jejich negativní projevy působí rodina. V teoretické části, je pomocí odborných zdrojů popsána klasifikace poruch chování, funkce rodiny a potřeby dítěte dle vývojových stádií, které ovlivňují socializační a adaptační proces dítěte v prostředí i mimo rodinu.V praktické části jsou na základě studia spisové dokumentace uvedeny čtyři případové studie dětí opakovaně hospitalizovaných na oddělení dětské psychiatrie Krajské nemocnice v Liberci. Jsou zde zpracovány jejich osobní a rodinné anamnézy, ze kterých byly získány důležité informace z oblasti vývoje a chování klientů v rodině, ve škole a mezi vrstevníky. Ke kazuistikám jsou uvedeny rozhovory dětí školního věku a rozhovor s lékařkou zdejšího oddělení, které subjektivně hodnotí v závěru práce uvedené předpoklady, zkoumané kvalitativní metodou.Největším přínosem práce je psychologický rozbor narušených vztahů matky a dítěte v rodině, které mají dopad na celkový rozvoj osobnosti jedince. Z působení v sociálním prostředí a z ústavní anamnézy lze vypozorovat, jak obtížně se napravuje psychika u dětí, které jsou zatížené citovou deprivací a výchovnou insuficiencí a jak je to může poznamenat na celý život.
This bachelor thesis deals with children´s psychiatric department of the Regional Hospital of Liberec. The goal of the work is not only to describe this department, but also to characterise its school aged clients who suffer from behaviour disorder. Moreover, the aim is to discover to what extent the family influences the negative displays. In the theoretical part there are classified behavioural disorders, the function of the family and needs of children with regard to their evolutional stage which influence socializing and adapting process of a child in its environment outside the family. The practical part includes four case studies of children repeatedly hospitalized in the children´s psychiatric department of the Regional Hospital in Liberec. There are children´s personal and family case studies concentrating on the evolution and behaviour of clients in the family, at school and between the peers. For each casuistic there are interviews of the school aged children and the interview with a doctor of the department. They subjectively evaluate the assumptions mentioned in the end of the work, studied by a qualitative method. The merit of this thesis is the psychological analysis of disturbed relations of a mother and her child in the family which influence the whole personality development. It is possible to observe from the institutional case study and the influence of the social environment how difficult is to remedy the psyche of the children who have suffered emotional deprivation and educational insufficiency and the effect it can have on their whole life.
