Abstract
Tato diplomová práce na téma Proces dovozu zboží z třetích zemí u vybrané společnosti se zabývá problematikou obchodu s nečlenskými zeměmi Evropské Unie. Rostoucí význam extrakomunitárního obchodu byl podnětem pro toto zaměření práce. Účelem je zdůraznit specifika dovozu z třetích zemí, přiblížit celní řízení a popsat průběh dovozu v praxi u společnosti Crytur, kterou také stručně představuje. Práce se dále věnuje analýze podmínek dovozního případu a okolnostem jeho realizace. Rozbor dílčích atributů obchodů je podložen příslušnými dokumenty, které jsou přiloženy k práci. Cílem práce je navrhnout doplňující krok dovozního procesu a doporučení na zlepšení, které jsou podloženy analýzou dovozního případu u vybrané společnosti vycházející z teoretické rešerše. Závěrem je zhodnocen proces dovozu ve společnosti.
This diploma thesis on Import Process from the Third Countries at the Chosen Company deals with the issues of trade with non-EU countries. The growing importance of extra-EU trade was an incentive to this specialization. The purpose is to highlight the specifics of import from third countries, to give insight to customs procedure and describe import process in practice at the chosen company, which is also introduced. The thesis devotes to the analysis of the terms and realization conditions of the real import. The analysis of the partial import attributes is based on appropriate documents that are enclosed. The aim of this thesis is to give a proposal of additional step to the import procedure and recommendation of improvement that are based on the analysis of the import process at the chosen company which comes out from the theoretical research. The import process at the company is evaluated in the end of the thesis.
