Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce Financování podnikatelského subjektu je rozbor kapitálové struktury a financování podnikatelské jednotky. Práce je rozdělena do několika sekcí. V teoretické části je vysvětlena oblast financování podniku a popsány zdroje financování. Následně teoretická část obsahuje optimalizaci kapitálové struktury, kde jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé složky kapitálu a rozebrány jejich výhody a nevýhody. Praktická část se zabývá strukturou zdrojů podniku vybraného odvětví na základě veřejně dostupných zdrojů. V práci je uvedena charakteristika zvolené podnikatelské jednotky včetně analýzy financování a kapitálové struktury. Následně je uvedeno zhodnocení zjištěných skutečností. Závěr obsahuje stručný přehled hlavních částí práce a návrhy na zlepšení kapitálové struktury. Cílem diplomové práce je posouzení zdrojů financování podnikatelských subjektů.
The subject of master thesis Financing of business unit is analysis of capital structure and financing of business unit. The thesis is separated into few sections. In the theoretical part is explained area of financing and described resources of financing. Continuously this part contains optimalization of capital structure. Hereabout are characterized individual components of capital and its advantages and disadvantages. The practical part deals with resources structure of the selected enterprise sector based on public resources. The work includes characteristic of selected business unit and description of funding and capital structure. The thesis continues with valorisation of findings. The conclusion contains a brief overview of main parts of the thesis and suggestions for improvement of the capital structure. The aim of master thesis is to assess the financing of business units.
