Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivačních systémů u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra. Zaměřuje se na poruchy autistického spektra jako takové, na možnosti intervence a podpory a na problematiku motivace u stejné cílové skupiny. Klade si za cíl přiblížit problematiku motivace u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra a popsat jednotlivé motivační systémy u nich používané. Dále je jejím cílem tyto systémy porovnat z hlediska jejich praktičnosti, variability a dalších vlastností. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část vychází z poznatků odborné literatury, internetových zdrojů a praxe autorky. Pojednává o poruchách autistického spektra, možnostech intervence, motivaci v kontextu poruch autistického spektra a motivačních systémech. V empirické části si autorka klade za cíl zodpovědět výzkumné otázky týkající se druhů motivačních systémů a odměn, které užívají rodiče a pedagogičtí pracovníci u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra, jež jsou zároveň klienty organizace Centrum LIRA, z. ú. Dále se snaží zmapovat, při jakých aktivitách jsou motivační systémy u této cílové skupiny využívány. Součástí empirické části je také případová studie, jejímž cílem je dokreslení problematiky motivačních systémů. Opatření navrhovaná v závěru diplomové práce směřují ke zlepšení povědomí o motivačních systémech u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra a jejich využívání při výchově a vzdělávání.
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of reinforcement systems for children with autism spectrum disorder. It focuses on autism spectrum disorders, possibility of the intervention and support, and the issue of motivation of the same target group. Its aim is to draw attention to the issue of motivation of children with autism spectrum disorder and to describe individual reinforecement systems applied. Its further target is to compare these systems from aspects of practicality, variability and other attributes. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. Theoretical part is based on data from professional literature, internet resources and a practice of the author herself. It deals with autism spectrum disorders, intervention possibilities, motivation in a context of autism spectrum disorders and reinforcement systems. The aim of the empirical part is to respond to research questions concerning of types of reinforecement systems and rewards, which are used by parents and pedagogical workers for children with autism spectrum disorder who are clients of LIRA Center. Also, it tries to map in which activities are reinforement systems used for this target group. One of the sections of the empirical part is a case study, which aims to complete an understanding of the issue of reinforement systems. Measures suggested in the thesis conclusion leads to improving awareness of reinforement systems for children with autism spectrum disorders and their application in education.
