Abstract
1) a metody, které slouží k naplnění hlavního i dílčích cílů práce (kap. 2). Výstupní rozhodovací model je díky své univerzálnosti široce aplikovatelný a s použitím moderních simulačních přístupů a dalších prvků přispívá k rozvoji problematiky rozhodování.
This dissertation thesis focuses on the decision-making issues within a company which are ina relation with the economy. The main goal of the thesis is to suggest a model which willmake the decision processes more accurate. Other goals of the thesis consist of quantifyingalternative thoughs of a business cycle, measuring the risks of decision-making models andimplementing the principal-agent problem into the decision-making process. The thesis first solves the problem based on a monocriterial model which is then replacedwith the multicriterial approach. The criteria which enter into the decision-making process aredivided into three basic categories. The criteria consist of input values of basic characteristics(expected costs and revenues), then its riskiness which is represened by a variationalcoefficient. The last group of criteria is represented by a quantified benefit function ofa decision-maker (principal-agent problem). A Monte Carlo method simulation is used in thethesis as well. This simulation is applied for better estimation of the input values as well as forpostoptimalization processes. The structure of the thesis is devided into several parts. In the main part the thesis introducesthe current state of the solved issue and a method which helps reaching the main andsecondary goals of the thesis. The part of the thesis which is called metodical solutions of themodel presents first possible results which lead to the resulting model of the thesis. This partconsists of first results which are therefore used for further processing. Chapter 4 representsthe key result theoretical creation ? multicriterial decision-making model. The next chapterapplies this model, including detailed comments, onto a specific process of the collaboratingsubject. The closing part of the thesis focuses on veryfying various hypothesis. The thesis therefore includes not only a theoretical creation of the given model but also tests iton various decision-making processes of the collaborating subjects. The whole issue isbrought into a small and middle-size service companies. Thanks to its versatility the outputdecision-making model is widely appliable. Using modern stimulation approaches and otherelements it also contributes to a development of the decision-making issues.
