Abstract
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice sociálního klimatu ve školní třídě. Jejím hlavním výzkumným cílem je zjistit stav sociálního klimatu školní třídy a popsat jeho vývoj v průběhu školních let 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013 a 2013-2014. Obsahuje srovnání aktuálního a preferovaného klimatu z pohledu žáků a dále se zabývá analýzou vztahů mezi žáky ve školní třídě.
This thesis is aimed to study the social climate in the class. The main research objective is to determine the status of the social climate in the selected class and describe its evolution over the school years 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014. We than compare the actual and preferred social climates from the perspective of the pupils from selected class and analyze the relationships between them.
