Abstract
Poranění předního zkříženého vazu je v dnešní době velmi častým, především sportovním, poraněním. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií kolene, poraněním předního zkříženého vazu, dále diagnostikou, komplikacemi, léčbou, ošetřovatelskou péčí, rehabilitací a edukací pacienta po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. Výzkumná část zahrnuje realizaci edukace pacientů a následné ověření navrhovaného edukačního standardu v praxi kvantitativním výzkumem za použití dotazníkového šetření. Standard pro edukaci pacientů po plastice předního zkříženého vazu je ověřen a na základě výsledků výzkumu jsou navržena další opatření, která by měla vést ke zvýšení informovanosti pacientů.
Injuries to the anterior cruciate ligament is common nowadays, especially sports, injuries. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and physiology of the knee anterior cruciate ligamnet injuries, diagnostics, complications, treatment, nursing care, physiotherapy and education after teh surgery, the patient´s anterior cruciate ligament. Research section includes the realization of the education of patients and the subsequent verification of the proposed educational standards in the practise of the quantitative research using guestionnaires . The standard for the education of patients after the surgery, the anterior cruciate ligament is verified on the basis of the results of research are designed for more measures, which should lead to increased patient awareness.
