Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala znalostmi poruchy ADHD mezi rodiči zdravých dětí. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda mají lepší znalosti o poruše ADHD rodiče v České republice či ve Velké Británii a jakým způsobem je pro jedince s poruchou ADHD přizpůsobeno školství v daných zemích. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní části část teoretická a empirická.Teoretická část byla použita k vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se poruchy ADHD za pomoci zpracování odborných zdrojů. Zabývala se vysvětlením pojmu ADHD, vznikem, výskytem, projevy a diagnostikou poruchy ADHD. Další kapitoly byly věnovány zásadám zacházení s jedinci trpícími poruchou ADHD. Tedy možné terapii, výchovným zásadám a uzpůsobení výuky.Empirická část se věnovala představení krátké kazuistiky pro lepší pochopení teoretických poznatků, na niž navázala interpretace výsledků průzkumu. Ten byl zaměřen na zjištění znalostí zdravé populace o základních principech výchovy a vzdělávání jedinců s poruchou ADHD. Zvolenou metodou průzkumu byl dotazník, který byl distribuován mezi rodiče zdravých dětí předškolního věku z České republiky a z Velké Británie. Mezi výsledky z obou zemí byla provedena komparace pro zjištění, která země si vede lépe. Pro odborné podložení správných odpovědí v dotazníku byl přidán popis školského systému České republiky a Velké Británie.Výsledky průzkumu ukázaly, že téměř polovina dotazovaných rodičů z České republiky vůbec nezná význam zkratky ADHD. Znalost symptomatických projevů již byla na lepší úrovni, ale celkové znalosti jsou na podstatně horší úrovni než znalosti rodičů z Velké Británie. Vzdělávací systém Velké Británie nepochybně napomáhá lepším znalostem, protože jedince se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami nevyčleňuje z běžné společnosti, vzdělání klade důraz na individualitu každého jedince, ne jen těch s postižením.
The bachelor thesis is focused on the knowledge of ADHD among the parents of healthy children. The goal of this bachelor thesis was to find out whether parents in the Czech Republic or in the United Kingdom have better knowledge about this disorder and in what was is the local educational system adjusted for the individuals suffering from ADHD.The theoretical part was used to define main terms connected to the ADHD by researching specialized sources. I focused on explaining the term ADHD, on the origin, occurrence, symptoms and the diagnosis of the ADH. Next chapters were concentration on the way of handling with the individuals suffering from the ADHD. So on a possible therapy, raising up rules and adaptation of education.The empirical part is focused on introducing a short case interpretation for a better understanding of theoretical findings, which fwere ollowed up by the interpretation of the results of my survey. The survey was focused on researching the knowledge of healthy population about the main principles of raising up and education of individuals suffering from ADHD. The chosen research method was a questionnaire, which was distributed among parents of healthy children in pre-school age in the Czech Republic and in the United Kingdom. Results from both countries were compared in order to find out which country is doing better. Characterization of Czech and English school system was added for an expert support of right answers in the questionnaire.The survey results showed that nearly a half of all the responding parents from the Czech Republic do not know the meaning of ADHD shortcut at all. The knowledge of symptoms was better, however, the overall knowledge is substantially worse than the knowledge of parents in the United Kingdom. Educational system in the United Kingdom undoubtedly helps to better understand this problem, as it does not single out the individuals with special educational needs from the society. Education focuses on every individual person, not only on those with a handicap.
