Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast podnikové bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrany konkrétně ve společnosti Chytryhonza.cz, která se zabývá především provozem internetových portálů obsahující srovnávače finančních produktů. První část práce seznamuje s legislativou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrany v České republice, uvádí přehled dokumentace, kterou je každá společnost povinna vést, a seznamuje s postupy a metodami hodnocení rizik. Druhá část se zabývá posouzením stavu vedení dokumentace v uvedené společnosti a předkládá návrhy na opatření spočívající ve vytvoření chybějící dokumentace a doplnění obsahu dokumentace již existující ke zlepšení zjištěného stavu a splnění zákonných povinností. Práce může posloužit jako souhrnný zdroj základních informací v dané problematice.
The diploma thesis deals with the health and safety protection at work and fire protection in the particular company titled Chytryhonza.cz, who is engaged in running web pages containing the comparison of financial products. The first part concentrates on the health and safety protection legislation and fire protection legislation in the Czech Republic; it surveys the list of obligatory documentation to be kept on the company's premises and introduces the processes and methods of the hazard evaluation. The second part contains the evaluation of the existing documentation in the observed company. It contains suggestions how to add and improve the documentation in order to meet the required statutory standards. The diploma thesis may serve as a guide; it contains well structured information about the health and safety protection and fire protection fields.
