Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacienta s atopickým ekzémem. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda pacienti s atopickým ekzémem umí charakterizovat toto onemocnění, zda znají rizikové faktory atopického ekzému a jaké mají znalosti o režimových opatřeních ovlivňujících projevy tohoto onemocnění. Teoretická část bakalářské práce stručně popisuje anatomii a fyziologii kůže, klinické projevy a formy atopického ekzému, diagnostiku a komplikace atopického ekzému, terapii a ošetřovatelskou péči u pacientů s atopickým ekzémem, edukaci o rizikových faktorech a režimových opatřeních. Výzkumná část analyzuje výsledky získané dotazníkovým šetřením.
The bachelor thesis deals with the education of patient with atopic eczema. The aims of bachelor thesis was ascertain, whether patiens with atopic eczema can characterize this illness, whether patiens know risk factors of atopic eczema and knowledges of patiens about lifestyle changes, which can affect their illness. The theoretical part of bachelor thesis in brief that describes anatomy and physiology of derm, clinical manifestation and forms of atopic eczema, diagnostics and complications of atopic aczema, therapy and nursing care of patiens with atopic eczema, education about risk factors and lifestyle changes. The empirical part analyse results obtained through the survey.
