Abstract
Bronchoskopie je endoskopická vyšetřovací metoda, pro vyšetření plicního parenchymu a dýchacích cest. Při bronchoskopii můžeme odebrat vzorek nebo provést léčebný zákrok. Jedná se o časté vyšetření při onemocnění karcinomu plic. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit znalosti všeobecných sester v péče o pacienta na bronchoskopické vyšetření. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou vyšetření, druhy bronchoskopií, indikacemi, kontraindikacemi, komplikacemi a také ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta před, během a po bronchoskopickém vyšetření. Empirická část je analýzou dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením u všeobecných sester z nemocnic.
Bronchoscopy is an endoscopic examining method to treat pulmonary parenchyma and respiratory track. While carrying out bronchoscopy we can take samples or perform medical intervention. This is a frequent procedure by detecting pulmonary malignant tumors. The aim oft this bachelor theses was to find out the general nurses´ abilities to care for a patient during bronchoscopical examination. The theoretical part concentrates on the characterization of the examination, the kinds of bronchoscopy, indication, contraindication, complications and as well the nursing care before, during and after the bronchoscopical examination. Empirical part deals with the data analyze. The data were obtained through questionaries given to the general nurses in the hospitals.
