Abstract
Elektrokardiografie je jedna z nejrozšířenějších vyšetřovacích metod v kardiologii. Je základním vyšetřením k prokázání probíhajících patofyziologických rytmů v srdci, které mohou pacienta ohrozit na životě. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a fyziologii srdce, elektrokardiograf jeho součásti a možnost, jak elektrokardiografii vyhodnotit, dále popisuje patologické rytmy a v neposlední části ošetřovatelskou péči při zhotovení elektrokardiogramu. Výzkumná část byla prováděna kvantitativní metodou výzkumu pomocí elektronického dotazníku na vybraných fakultách zdravotnických studií v České republice. Výzkumná část se zabývá znalostmi studentů studijního oboru Všeobecná sestra o specifické ošetřovatelské péči při, během a po zhotovení elektrokardiogramu a zabývá se znalostmi studentů studijního oboru Všeobecná o rozpoznání patologických křivek elektrokardiogramu.
Electrocardiography (ECG) is one of the most frequently used cardiac investigations. ECG is a basic examination procedure that checks for the existence of pathological heart rhythms which can harm a patient´s life. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: Firstly the theoretical part describes the anatomy of the heart and its physiology, it describes an electrocardiograph and its parts and it outlines the techniques which are used to interpret an electrocardiogram. It also describes pathological heart rhythms and finally nursing care during the ECG test. Secondly the research part was done by a quantitative method of research using an electronic questionary at picked faculties of health studies in the Czech republic. The research part focuses on the knowledge among students enrolled in the Generic Nurse study program in specific nursing care before, during and after the ECG test and also focuses on the knowledge among students enrolled in the Generic Nurse study program in recognizing pathological heart rhytms of ECG test.
