Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá Robertem Nozickem a jeho pojetím libertarianismu, jmenovitě koncepcí spravedlnosti jakožto oprávnění. Úvod práce je zaměřen na Nozickův život a stručné představení jeho filosofického myšlení. Druhá část práce se podrobně soustředí na témata jako jsou sebevlastnictví, práva jako boční omezení státu, polemiku s anarchismem a odůvodnění minimálního státu a spravedlnosti jakožto oprávnění s důrazem na teorii prvotního přivlastnění a spravedlnosti směny. Hlavním tématem třetí části práce je kritika Nozickovy teorie spravedlnosti, nejprve z pozic levicových, tedy egalitárně-liberálních a komunitaristických, a poté z pozic pravicových, tedy anarcho-kapitalitických. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení Nozickových myšlenek a kritiku jeho stanovisek. Studentka prohlašuje, že vypracovala bakalářskou práci samostatně s použitím uvedené literatury.
The thesis submitted deals with Robert Nozick's conception of libertarianism, primarily with his entitlement theory of justice. The first part of the thesis includes information about Nozick's life and a brief introduction to his philosophy. The second part closely presents the key concepts such as self-ownership, rights as side constraints, a polemic with anarchism, a justification of a minimal state, and a justification of the entitlement theory with emphasis on the justice in acquisition and contract. The third part follows with a criticism of Nozick's theory from the point of view of left- wing perspective such as egalitarianism and communitarianism, then from the point of view of right-wing perspective, namely anarchism. The conclusion concerns a reflexion on Nozick's conception of political philosophy. The student declares that she has done this bachelor thesis independently using the literature.
