Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nákladového controllingu. V práci je podrobně charakterizována disciplína controllingu, jehoţ nedílnou součástí je controlling nákladový. Teoretická část práce je věnována výkladu pojmů spojených s touto problematikou. Podrobně jsou specifikovány teoretické aspekty nákladového controllingu, kalkulační metody a klasifikace nákladů.Praktická část je zaměřena na oblast manažerského účetnictví, která s nákladovýmcontrollingem ve společnosti velice úzce souvisí. Jsou charakterizovány nástroje používané pro evidenci nákladů, hodnocení vnitropodnikových středisek a metoda plánování zakázek. Jsou zde aplikovány nástroje nákladového controllingu používané ve společnosti CZECH PAN s.r.o., proveden výpočet krycího příspěvku u vybraných výrobků společnosti a uvedena doporučení, která dopomohou vedení společnosti ke zkvalitnění řízení podniku.
This graduation theses is focused on the theme of costs-controlling. The theses is closely describing a discipline of controlling and the costs - controlling is an entire part of it. The theoretical part of the theses is attended to the conceptions, connected with this theme. The theoretical aspects of costs - controlling, methods of calculating and classifying of the costs are specified in details.The practical part is focused on the sphere of managing accountancy in the company, which is connected with the costs-controlling very closely. Specified are instruments, which are used for the auditing of costs, evaluation of the internal departments and a method of orders planning. Applied are instruments of the costs controlling, used in company CZECH PAN s.r.o., the calculation of the covering fee is provided for chosen products and mentioned are recommendations, which will help the management to reach a higher level in managing of the company.
