Abstract
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit finanční analýzu společnosti Správa nemovitostí města Jičína, a. s. (dále jen SNMJ). Finanční analýza je zaměřena na období fungování společnosti od roku 2012 do roku 2014 (rok 2015 se zpracovává a výroční zpráva bude schválena až v červnu 2016 valnou hromadou). Bakalářská práce se zabývá teoretickým významem finanční analýzy, kde jsou zdůrazněna specifika finanční analýzy a zdroje finanční analýzy. Dále jsou rozpracované metody finanční analýzy, klasifikace analýzy, uživatelé a zdroje potřebné k dosažení potřebných výsledků. V praktické části jsou obsaženy základní charakteristické informace o SNMJ, aplikovány finanční metody a analýzy na konkrétní hodnoty SNMJ, dále shrnutí obsahu práce, poznatky zjištěné ze šetření a následně navržené opatření a řešení. Práce na bakalářské práci byla velmi přínosná, vědomostně obohacující a také poučná. Obohatila autorku o nové poznatky, vědomosti a i zkušenosti.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial analysis of the company Realty of Jičín Inc. (SNMJ hereinafter). The financial analysis is mainly focused on the period of operation of the company from 2012 to 2014 (2015 is being processed and the annual report will be approved in June 2016 by the General Meeting). Bachelor thesis describes the theoretical importance of financial analysis, where the specifications and sources of the financial analysis are emphasized. In addition, there are methods of the financial analysis elaborated, classification of analysis, users and resources necessary to achieve the desired results. In the practical part it deals with the basic characteristics of the SNMJ, financial methods, conclusion summarizes the content of the thesis with the investigation findings and consequently there are certain measures and solutions proposed. Work on the bachelor thesis has been very useful, enriching in terms of knowledge as well as information and experience.
