Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou edukace pacienta po operaci proximálního femuru. Vzhledem k neustále se zvyšujícímu počtu těchto pacientů má pro všeobecné sestry velký význam používání edukačního standardu k edukaci pacientů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá zlomeninou proximálního femuru, ošetřovatelskou péčí a edukací pacientů po operaci proximálního femuru. Cílem práce bylo zjistit znalosti pacientů o pohybově-léčebném režimu, znalosti o nácviku sebepéče a znalosti o péči o operační ránu po operaci proximálního femuru technikou osteosyntézy. Výstupem bakalářské práce je Edukační standard k edukaci pacientů po operaci proximálního femuru.
The bachelor´s thesis deals with a patient´s education after the proximal femur operation. Because of a high number of these patients it is very important for general nurses to the use an educational norm for patient education. The bachelor´s thesis is divided into two parts. The teoretical part focuses on fracture of the proximal, nursing care and patient´s education afther the operation of the proximal femur. The aim of the bachelor´s work was to find out the patient´s awareness about motoric therapeutic regime, awareness about self-care training and care of wound after the operation of the proximal femur with method of osteosynthesis. The output of the work is Educational Standard which helps to educate patients after the operation of the proximal femur.
