Abstract
V bakalářské práci je sledován především vliv vazby a také dostav na setkání přízí ve tkanině.V rešeršní části je definováno setkání a jsou zde uvedeny parametry tkaniny, kterými je setkání ovlivněno. Dále tu jsou zmíněny vlastnosti tkanin ovlivněné setkáním. V závěru rešeršní části jsou popsány teoretické a experimentální metody stanovení se-tkání.Praktická část obsahuje přehled všech experimentálních tkanin, popisuje měření setkání pomocí analýzy pracovních tahových křivek z dynamometru a měření setkání metodou vypárání nití. Tyto metody měření jsou mezi sebou vzájemně porovnány. Výsledky jsou prezentovány v tabulkách a grafech. Pro ilustraci a ujasnění výsledků je v práci vyobrazeno několik měkkých řezů vybraných tkanin.Nakonec je zhodnocen vliv vazby a dostavy osnovy a útku na setkání přízí ve tkanině.
The bachelor thesis mainly monitors the weave influence and also the density at the yarn crimp in the fabric.The crimp is defined in the search part of the thesis and the fabric specifications, which the crimp is influenced by, are stated. Next, the properties of fabrics influenced by the crimp are mentioned. The theoretical and experimental methods of the crimp determination are described at the end of the search part.The practical part contains an overview of all experimental fabrics, describes the crimp measurement by analyzing of working tensile curves gained from a dynamometer and the crimp measurement using the method of unstitching threads. These measuring methods are mutually compared. The results are presented in the tables and graphs. A few soft cuts of selected fabrics are pictured to illustrate and clarify the results.Finally the influence of the weave, warp density and weft density on the yarn crimp in the fabric is evaluated.
