Abstract
Bakalářská práce má za cíl zjistit informovanost klientů o tromboembolické nemoci, její prevenci, nízkomolekulárních heparinech a jejich aplikaci. V teoretické části je uveden přehled o tromboembolické nemoci, dále pak informace o nízkomolekulárních heparinech, o jejich aplikaci, komplikacích a roli sestry při edukaci na toto téma. Součástí teoretické části je shrnutí samotné edukace a popis edukačního standardu, který je zároveň výstupem pro tuto bakalářskou práci. V praktické části je pak uvedena metodika sběru dat, její zpracování a vyhodnocení. Součástí bakalářské práce je návrh edukačního standardu pro zdravotnické zařízení.
The bachelor´s thesis aids to find out, chat is the awareness of the clients about the tromboembolism, its preventiv, low molecular weight heparins and thein application. There is an overview of tromboembolism in the theoretical part. Then informatik about the low molecular heparins and thein application, the complications and the role of nurses in the education on this topic follows. Theoretical part contains a summary description of the education and educational standard, which i salso an output for this bachelor work. The metodology of data collection is introduced in a practical part of this work, data processing and evaluation too. Part of bachelor work is a draft of educational standard for medici institutions.
