Podrazilová Petra, DiS. Počet stran: 91 Počet příloh: 10 Rok obhajoby: 2016 Souhrn: Práce se zaměřuje na chronickou obstrukční plicní nemoc (dále jen CHOPN) a obzvláště na sekundárně preventivní opatření, kterými lze onemocnění zmírnit. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy související s CHOPN a její klasifikací, diagnostikou, patogenezí, klinickým průběhem i léčbou. Dále zde jsou zmíněna sekundární preventivní opatření, která jsou zacílena na restrikci kouření, inhalační techniky a systémy, rehabilitace, eliminace rizikových faktorů a podpůrné terapie. Součástí teoretické části je i edukace a specifika ošetřovatelské péče. Empirická část práce je věnována plnění cílů práce zaměřených na deskripci znalostí pacientů o sekundárně preventivních postupech a jejich dodržování, zmapování zdrojů edukace prostřednictvím kvantitativní metodologie za pomocí techniky pozorování a dotazníkového šetření mezi respondenty pacienty Plicního oddělení a Plicní ambulance Krajské zdravotní, a.s., Masarykovy nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem, o.z.. Výsledky jsou analyzovány, diskutovány a na jejich základě jsou formulována doporučení pro praxi, jejichž součástí je i vytvoření edukačního standardu.

Pages: Apendix: 10 Year: 2016 Summary: The work focuses on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD HEREINAFTER) especially at the secondary preventative precautions to alleviate the disease. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts associated with COPD and its classification, diagnosis, pathogenesis, clinical course and treatment. Furthermore, there are mentioned secondary preventive measures which are aimed at restriction of smoking , inhalation techniques and systems , rehabilitation, elimination of risk factors and supportive therapy. The education and specifics of nursing care are both contained in the theoretical part. The empirical part is devoted to achieving the objectives of the work focused on the description of the knowledge of patients about secondary prevention procedures and compliance, as well as mapping the resources of the education through quantitative methodology using techniques of observation and questionnaire survey among the respondents the patients of the pulmonary department and pulmonary clinic of Regional Health in Usti nad Labem. The results are analyzed and discussed on the basis of the recommendations formulated for the practice, which includes the creation of educational standards.
