Abstract
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice investic, jejich plánování, hodnocení a analýze. V teoretické části práce je pozornost zaměřena na definování pojmu investic v několika pojetích, na stručné shrnutí procesu plánování a na strukturování investic. Dále jsou v teoretické části uvedeny způsoby financování investic, hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti a metody hodnocení investic. Teoretické poznatky jsou dále aplikovány v praktické části práce, ve které je hodnocen reálný investiční projekt. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření vedoucí k zefektivnění investičních projektů v daném podniku.
This diploma thesis is concerned to the matter of investments, their planning, evaluation and analysis. In theoretical part, it is focused on definition of conception of investments in several interpretations, for the short summarization of the proceedings of investments planning. Onwards, in the theoretical part, there are presents some methods of financing of investments, their economical efficiency and the evaluation of them. Theoretical pieces of knowledge are further applied in the practical part of work, in which is evaluated real investment project too. In conclusion of work, there are suggested arrangements, leading to improving the investment project in the concrete firm.
