Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je ověřit, zda rozloženou ovčí vlnu lze modifikovat pro možné uplatnění v hydroponickém pěstování rostlin. Teoretická část se zabývá historií a současným chovem v ČR, plemeny ovcí, ovčí vlnou z hlediska morfologického složení, chemického složení, vlastnostmi a defekty vlny, zpracováním , produkcí a využití ovčí vlny v ČR. Dále se v práci pojednává o hydroponickém pěstování rostlin a hrachu setém. Dále navazuje experimentální část, kde je popsán vstupní materiál, použité chemikálie a použité přístroje. Následuje popis stanovení chemického složení vzorku ovčí vlny, dále příprava hydrolyzátu vlny a nakonec aplikace roztoků v hydroponickém pěstování. Tento experiment je následně vyhodnocen a výsledky jsou zaznamenány v tabulkách.
The aim of this bachelot thesis is to verify whether the sheep wool can be modified for possible application in hydroponic plant cultivation. The theoretical part deals with the history and contemporary breeding in sheep, breeds of sheep, sheep wool in terms of morphological composition, chemical composition, properties and defects of wool processing, production and utilization of sheep wool in czech. In addition, the thesis discusses hydroponic plant cultivation and pea set. The experimental part follows, where the input material, used chemicals and used equipment are described. The following is a description of the determination of the chemical composition of the sheep wave sample, the preparation of the hydrolyzate of the wool and finally the application of the solutions in hydroponic cultivation. This experiment is then evaluated and the results are recorded in the tables.
