Abstract
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienty / klienty se stomií. Cílem práce je zmapovat a vyhodnotit úroveň ošetřovatelské péče o klienty / pacienty se stomií a na základě analýzy výsledků potvrdit nebo vyvrátit stanovené hypotézy a navrhnout praxeologická opatření. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část empirickou. V teoretické části se zabývám historií stomií, rozdělením druhů vývodů, indikacemi založení, kolorektálním karcinomem, screeningovými metodami, přípravou k operaci, pooperační péčí, komplikacemi stomií, ošetřovatelským procesem u P/K se stomií a životním stylem stomiků. V praktické části analyzuji získané poznatky. Jako výzkumnou metodu jsem použila dotazník. Výsledky výzkumu jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů.
The topic of my bachelor thesis is The Nursing care of patients / clients with the stoma. The aim of this work is to map and analyse the level of nursing care for clients / patients with a stoma based on the analysis results to confirm or disprove the hypothesis set and propose arrangements, which can be used in practice. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical section deals with the history of the stoma, the distribution of types of terminals, establishing indications, colorectal cancer screening methods, preparation for surgery, postoperative care, complications of stoma, nursing process in P / K, the stoma lifestyle. The practical part analyzes the gained knowledge. I used questionnaire as a researched method. Research results are summarized in tables and graphs.
