Edukace pacienta s nefrostomií
Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá mapováním znalostí pacientů s nefrostomií o jejich onemocnění, o režimových opatřeních, vhodném pitném režimu a stravování, včetně výzkumu dopadu nefrostomie na osobní život pacienta s nefrostomií. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice nefrostomie, indikacím, ošetřovatelské péči i edukaci pacientů, výzkumná část pak zjišťuje znalosti pacientů o nefrostomii a režimových opatřeních. Výstupem bakalářské práce je návrh standardu edukace pacientů s nefrostomií pro všeobecné sestry.
This bachelor thesis deals with the mapping of the knowledge of patients with nephrostomy about their disease, regime measures, suitable drinking regime and eating, including research on the impact of nephrostomy on personal life of the patient with nephrostomy. The theoretical part deals with the problems of nephrostomy, indications, nursing care and education of patients, the research part of which deals with the knowledge of patients about nephrostomy and regimens. The output of the bachelor thesis is the proposal of a standard for the education of patients with nephrostomy for general nurses.
