Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na časový snímek pracovních činností všeobecných sester na standardním lůžkovém oddělení chirurgie. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická, ve které jsou popsané vybrané kompetence a činnosti všeobecných sester na standardním oddělení. Druhá část je výzkumná a je zpracována pomocí kvalitativní metody se zaměřením na všeobecné sestry chirurgického oddělení. Ve výzkumné části jsou použity techniky polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a strukturovaného pozorování. Výzkumem je zjištěno kolik času všeobecné sestry stráví přímou, nepřímou péčí o pacienta a administrativou. Z rozhovorů a pozorování vyplývá i názor všeobecných sester na uspořádání času jednotlivých pracovních činností na chirurgickém oddělení.
The bachelor thesis is focused on the work activities of General Nurses in inpatient wards. The work thesis is divided into two parts. The first is a theoretical one and the second is a research part. In the theoretical part competences of general nurses in inpatient ward are described. The research part is realized by a qualitative research method using the technique of structured and semi-structured observing interviews with nurses who work in inpatient surgery wards. The research determines how much time nurses spend with direct care and indirect care, and how much time they spend on medical records.
