Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout a uvést do provozu laboratorní výrobní linkuFESTO, která bude obsahovat stanici Pick and place. Jednotlivé stanice pro výrobní linkubylo potřeba osadit programovatelným automatem, navrhnout propojení s hardwaremstanic a vytvořit ukázkový program demonstrující vlastnosti a možnosti konkrétní stanice.Hlavní část práce se zabývá propojením stanic a vytvoření výrobní linky. V Automationstudiu byl vytvořen program, který demonstruje pracovní cyklus. V tomto programu jegrafické rozhraní, které umožnuje ovládání stanice. Výsledkem práce je dokumentacevýrobní linky a programy ke stanicím.
The aim of the diploma thesis was to design and put into operation a laboratoryproduction line FESTO, which will include the Pick and place station. Individual stationsfor the production line it was necessary to equip a programmable controller, to design theconnection with the hardware stations and create a sample program demonstrating thecharacteristics and capabilities of a particular station. The main part of the work deals withthe interconnection of stations and the creation of a production line. A program thatdemonstrates the work cycle was created in the Automation studio. In this program isgraphical interface that allows you to control the station. The result of the work isdocumentation production lines and station programs.
