Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kalkulací hodinových sazeb v IT oddělení ve vybraném podniku. Úvod práce nejprve teoreticky vymezuje manažerské účetnictví a pojmy, které s manažerským účetnictvím souvisí. Ve druhé kapitole jsou specifikovány náklady a jejich řízení a ve třetí kapitole jsou specifikovány pojmy související s kalkulacemi, jakožto nástrojem manažerského účetnictví. V praktické části je nejprve představen vybraný podnik jako celek, dále potom jeho IT oddělení a následně je představen současný kalkulační systém hodinových sazeb za IT služby a identifikovány jeho nedostatky a možné body pro zlepšení. Následný návrh nového kalkulačního systému je soustředěn na odstranění nedostatků současného kalkulačního systému pomocí nástrojů manažerského účetnictví. Součástí vlastního návrhu jsou také doporučení, která pomohou IT oddělení vybraného podniku zlepšit kalkulace nákladů a učiní tak kalkulace lepším informačním podkladem pro jeho řízení.
The diploma thesis deals with the theme of hourly rate calculations in the IT department in a selected company. The introduction theoretically defines managerial accounting and related terms. The second chapter specifies costs and cost management, and the third chapter specifies terms related to cost calculations. Firstly, the practical part introduces selected company as a whole, then it introduces its IT department and its current calculation system of hourly rates for IT services and identifies the weaknesses of the current calculation system. The final part focuses on eliminating the weaknesses of the current calculation system by creating the new calculation system using tools of managerial accounting. The final part also includes recommendations that will help the IT department to improve its calculations and thus make the calculations a better information base for its management.
