Abstract
Nehojící rány představují stálou ošetřovatelskou problematiku napříč všemi ošetřovatelskými úseky. V rámci wound managementu dochází k nepřetržitému vývoji nových poznatků v léčbě o nehojící se rány a tyto trendy by měla všeobecná sestra sledovat. Tématem práce jsou zásady ošetřování nehojících se ran z pohledu všeobecné sestry. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na jednotlivé typy ran a specifikuje jejich ošetření a doporučuje výběr vhodného převazového materiálu. Cíl práce je zjistit zda všeobecné sestry mají znalosti v péči o nehojící se rány a zda dokážou popsat specifika převazu jednotlivých typů nehojících se ran. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
Non-healing wounds are a constant nursing issue across all nursing sections. As part of wound management, new knowledge in the treatment of non-healing wounds is constantly evolving and these trends should be monitored by a general nurse. The topic of the work is the principles of nursing from the point of view of a general nurse. The theoretical part is focused on individual types of wounds and specifies their treatment and recommends the selection of suitable dressing material. The aim of the work is to find out whether general nurses have knowledge in the care of non-healing wounds and if they are able to describe the specifications of the dressing of individual types of non-healing wounds. The output of the bachelor thesis is an article ready for publication
