Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá infekcemi spojenými s centrálními venózními katétry z pohledu všeobecné sestry. Seznamuje s dosavadním poznáním v této oblasti a zkoumá znalosti a dodržování postupů v prevenci infekce v praxi. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a výzkumná část kvantitativní metodou strukturalizovaného dotazníku zkoumá současnou praxi v této oblasti. Cílem je zjistit, zda jsou znalosti všeobecných sester dostačující a postupy v prevenci infekce dodržovány. Výstupem bakalářské práce je vytvoření edukačního materiálu.
This bachelor thesis deals with infections associated with central venous catheters from the perspective of a nurse. It introduces the current knowledge in this area and examines the understanding and compliance with procedures to infection prevention practices in practice. The theoretical part is based on the professional literature and the research part current practice in this area using quantitative method of a structured questionnaire examines. The aim is to determine whether the knowledge of nurses is sufficient and infection prevention procedures are followed. The output of the bachelor thesis is the creation of educational material.
