Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou polohování pacientů v klinické praxi. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky o polohování včetně dělení, důvodů, zásad a preventivních poloh, dále obsahuje základní informace ohledně polohovacích a manipulačních pomůcek. Samostatnou kapitolu tvoří manipulace s pacientem a poslední část teoretické části je zaměřena na kompetence při polohování pacienta. V praktické části je prováděn výzkum, který je zaměřen na vybavenost, využívání polohovacích pomůcek a znalosti všeobecných sester o používání polohovacích pomůcek v rámci nemocniční péče.
This bachelor thesis is focused on patients positioning in clinical practice. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the knowledge about patients positioning including the division of the positioning, reasons, principles, and preventive positions. It also includes basic information about positioning and manipulation aids. A separate part of the thesis is about manipulation with a patient and the last part of the theoretical part is focused on competences in patient positioning. In the practical part, the research is conducted. The research is focused on facilities, the use of positioning aids and the knowledge of general nurses about the use of positioning aids in hospital care.
