Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá screeningovými programy v České republice se zaměřením na screening karcinomu děložního hrdla. Tyto programy jsou velice důležité pro včasné odhalení nemoci, protože včasný záchyt nemoci může pomoci lidem k lepší prognóze. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis a vysvětlení screeningových programů v České republice, kdy je největší část práce věnována screeningu karcinomu děložního hrdla. Také se zabývá úlohou všeobecné sestry v oblasti těchto programů. Výsledky výzkumu byly získány pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
The bachelor thesis deals with screening programmes in the Czech Republic with a focus on cervical cancer screening. These programs are very important because early detection of the disease can mean a favourable prognosis and a good chance of treatment success. The theoretical part focuses on the description and explanation of screening programmes in the Czech Republic, where the largest part of the thesis is devoted to cervical cancer screening. It also discusses the role of the general nurse in these programmes. The results of the research were obtained by means of a questionnaire survey. The output of the bachelor thesis is an article ready for publication.
