Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá čalouněním kostelních lavic. Cílem bylo vybrat vhodný potahový materiál a navrhnout lepší konstrukci čalounění s ohledem na náročnost odírání a další důležité faktory. Také bylo důležité zachovat celkový vizuální dojem hodící se ke zbytku vybavení kostela s ohledem na možnou údržbu. U kostelních lavic dochází ke specifickému opotřebení přední strany sedáku způsobenému opakovaným pohybem z pozice sezení na klečení a zpět. Tento stejnosměrný odírací pohyb postupně degradoval materiál až k úplnému roztržení. Pro testovaní tohoto problému bylo zvoleno testování v oděru (Martindale) a další zkoušky jako pevnost v tahu, švu a protlaku. Byla navržena zkouška stuhových uzávěrů pro vytvoření odnímatelné konstrukce čalounění.
This work deals with the upholstery of church pews. The aim was to select a suitable coating material and to design a better upholstery construction with regard to the intensity of abrasion and other important factors. It was also important to maintain the overall visual impression appropriate to the rest of the church's equipment with regard to possible maintenance. For church pews, there is specific wear on the front of the seat due to the movement of people from the sitting position to the kneeling and back. This abrasion motion gradually degraded the material to complete rupture. Martindale testing and other tests such as tensile strength, seam strength and extrusion were chosen to test this problem. A test of Velcro tapes was designed to create a removable upholstery structure.
