Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem sociální firmy - právní formou podniku orientovanou na zaměstnávání znevýhodněných osob na trhu práce. V teoretické části práce je popsáno, co je to sociální podnik, z čeho vychází, v jaké právní formě podniky dnes vystupují a které druhy handicapovaných osob podniky zaměstnávají. Praktická část práce se věnuje případové studii, která zkoumá, jak moc se reálný provoz konkrétního sociálního podniku shoduje s teorií, resp. se standardy sociálního podniku. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumu a také přínosy, které tato práce měla pro samotný zkoumaný podnik.
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of a social company - company focused on the employment of disadvantaged people in the labor market. The theoretical part of the thesis describes what a social enterprise is, what it is based on, in what legal form companies operate today and which types of disabled people are employed by these companies. The practical part of the work is devoted to a case study, which examines how much the real operation of a particular social enterprise coincides with the theory, respectively with social enterprise standards. At the end of the thesis, there are the results of the research presented, as well as the benefits that this work had for the researched company itself.
