Abstract
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je zjištění kritických bodů v oblasti odběru hemokultur během simulační výuky studentů oboru zdravotnický záchranář. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o bakteriích, sepsi a septických stavech, patogenech, bakteriálním vyšetření a hemokultivačním vyšetření, včetně účelu vyšetření. Jednou z podstatných částí studia nelékařských zdravotnických oborů je i simulační výuka. Tento druh výuky tvoří důležitý aspekt ve vzdělávání studentů, vede ke zlepšení znalostí v daném odvětví pro budoucí povolání zdravotnického záchranáře. Cílem práce je zjištění kritických bodů odběru hemokultur, a to zejména v oblastech přípravy pomůcek, provedení správného odběru a následného exportu do laboratoře. Výstupem je instruktážní video odběru krve na hemokultivační vyšetření.
The topic of my bachelor's thesis is to identify critical points in the field of blood culture during the simulation teaching of paramedics students. The theoretical part describes basic information about bacteria, sepsis and septic conditions, pathogens, bacterial examination and blood culture examination, including the purpose of the examination. One of the essential partos of the study of non-medical disciplines is simulation teaching. This type of teaching is an important aspect in the education of students, leading to improved knowledge in the industry for future profession of paramedic. The aim of the work is to determine the critical points of blood culture collection, especially in the areas of preparation of aids, correct blood collection and subsequent export to the laboratory. The output is an instructional video of blood collection for blood cultures.
