Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá simulační výukou a jejím využitím ve vzdělávání nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků, konkrétně zdravotnických záchranářů. Simulační výuka je nedílnou součástí přípravy studentů na jejich budoucí povolání, jelikož mohou detekovat vlastní problematické oblasti, kterým se v praxi lze vyvarovat. V teoretické části je popsána historie simulační výuky, její moderní pojetí a fáze. Dále jsou přiblíženy aspekty poskytování telefonicky asistované první pomoci a telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace. Výzkumná část se zabývá vytvořením scénáře simulace a jeho ověřením v praxi. Simulovaná situace se týká telefonicky asistované první pomoci při aspiraci a následné telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace.
This bachleor thesis deals with simulation teaching and its use in the education of non-medical health professionals, especially paramedics. Simulation teaching is an integral part of preparing students for their future careers, as they can detect their own problém areas, which can be avoided in practice. The teoretical part describes the history of simulation teaching, its modern concept and phases. Aspects of the provision of thelephone-assisted first aid and telephone assisted emergency resuscitation are also described. The research part deals with the creation of simulation scenario and its verification in practice. The simulated situation concerns telephone-assisted first aid for aspiration and subsequent telephone-assisted emergency resuscitation.
