Abstract
Diplomová práce řeší problém s neefektivním nakládáním usňového odpadu. Cílem diplomové práce je proto najít vhodné uplatnění usňového odpadu, konkrétně z automobilového průmyslu. V rámci diplomové práce byla zahájena spolupráce s firmou BOS Automotive Products, s.r.o., která poskytnula vzorky usňového odpadu pro experimentální část práce. Součástí práce je najít vhodnou metodu rozmělnění zbytků z kůže, následně z rozvolněné kůže vytvořit vzorky, na které je třeba nanést různé koncentrace dvou vybraných pojiv. Pojiva budou zvolena tak, aby výsledným vzorkům dodávala patřičné vlastnosti. Finální vzorky budou podléhat testování vybranými zkouškami. Na základě vyhodnocení vlastností bude určen směr využití nového produktu.
The diploma thesis is dealing the problem of inefficient disposal od leather waste. Therefore the aim of the diploma thesis is to find a suitable use of leather waste, specifically from automotive industry. As part of the diploma thesis was started the cooperation with company BOS Automotive Products, s.r.o., which provided samples of leather waste for experimental part of the work. Part of the diploma thesis work is to find a suitable method of grinding leather waste, then create samples from that mixture. It was necessary to apply different concentrations of two selected binders to those samples. The binders will be chosen so that they would give the appropriate properties. The final samples will be tested by selected tests. Based on the evaluation of properties will be the direction of use of the new product determined.
