Abstract
Předložená diplomová práce se zabývala charakteristikou deformačního chování sendvičového plechu a jeho využití pro stavbu karoserie automobilu. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou popsány základní zkoušky mechanických vlastností materiálu. Dále se tato část práce zabývá konvenčními i nekonvenčními materiály používanými v automobilovém průmyslu. Experimentální část diplomové práce porovnává sendvičový materiál CR270Y340T-LA a mikrolegovanou ocel HC 300LAD z hlediska mechanických vlastností a zejména tvářitelnosti. Vlastnosti materiálů byly zjišťovány statickou zkouškou tahem, zkouškou hydrostatickým vypínáním (tzv. Bulge test) a vypínáním pevným polokulovým tažníkem (tzv. Nakazima test), z které se následně stanovily tzv. diagramy mezních přetvoření. Posledním z porovnávaných parametrů byl tvar střižné hrany v závislosti na velikosti střižné mezery. V hodnocení jsou následně shrnuty základní charakteristiky a rozdíly mezi testovanými materiály, z kterých jsou vyvozeny příslušné závěry.
The submitted diploma thesis dealt with the characterization of the sandwich sheet deformation behaviour and its use for the car-body design. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic tests of the material mechanical properties. Furthermore, this part of the thesis deals with conventional and unconventional materials used in the automotive industry. The experimental part of the thesis compares the sandwich material CR270Y340T-LA and the micro-alloyed steel HC 300LAD in terms of mechanical properties and especially formability. The properties of the materials were determined by static tensile test, hydraulic bulge test and by modified Nakazima test, from which the forming limit diagrams were subsequently determined. The last compared parameter was the shape of the cut edge in dependence on magnitude of cutting clearance. The evaluation then summarises the basic characteristics and differences between the tested materials, from which conclusions are drawn.
