Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelného rozvoje v energetickém odvětví, konkrétně transformací energetiky v podobě obnovy a digitalizace distribuční sítě. Projekt obnovy a digitalizace distribuční sítě je provázen legislativními a majetkoprávními problémy, které mají přímý vliv do nákladů a rychlosti provedení transformace distribuční sítě. V první části je práce zaměřena na teoretické vymezení pojmů z oblasti udržitelného rozvoje a energetiky. Následně je zmapován kompletní strategický program udržitelného rozvoje Skupiny ČEZ včetně specifikace vzájemné provázanosti jednotlivých priorit programu. Ze získaných informací je zřejmé, že provedení transformace energetiky je nezbytně nutným krokem k dekarbonizaci Evropy. Práce je dále zaměřena na konkrétní program transformace energetiky v podobě obnovy a digitalizace distribuční sítě. V kapitole je detailně zmapován a rozpracován životní cyklus projektu obnovy a digitalizace distribuční sítě. Životní cyklus je rozdělen do několika fází, přičemž každá fáze je samostatně zhodnocena a jsou navržena konkrétní nápravná opatření. Na závěr diplomové práce jsou shrnuta všechna navržená opatření, která jsou ekonomicky, environmentálně a sociálně zhodnocena.
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of sustainable development in the energy sector, specifically the transformation of the energy sector in the form of renewal and digitization of the distribution network. The project of renewal and digitization of the distribution network is accompanied by legislative and property problems, which have a direct impact on the costs and speed of transformation of the distribution network. In the first part, the work focuses on the theoretical definition of concepts in the field of sustainable development and energy field. Subsequently, the complete strategic program of sustainable development of the ČEZ Group is mapped, including the specification of the interconnectedness of individual priorities of the program. From the information obtained, it is clear that the implementation of energy transformation is a necessary step to decarbonise Europe. The thesis is further focused on a specific program of energy transformation in the form of renewal and digitization of the distribution network. The chapter maps out and elaborates in detail the life cycle of the renewal project and digitization of the distribution network. The life cycle is divided into several phases, each phase is being evaluated separately and specific corrective measures are proposed. At the end of the thesis, all proposed measures are summarized and are economically, environmentally and socially evaluated.
