Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou specifik ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů na eliminačních metodách. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o fyziologii a anatomii ledvin, eliminačních metodách jako celku a dále o specifikách ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů, kteří vyžadují některou z forem eliminační náhrady ledvin. V teoretické části je rovněž zmíněna problematika akutního, jakož i chronického selhání ledvin a pre-dialýzy. Výzkumná část byla prováděna kvalitativní metodou s využitím rozhovorů se všeobecnými sestrami pracující na dialyzačním oddělení liberecké nemocnice. Popisuje vědomosti všeobecných sester o problematice ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů na intermitentní hemodialýze a peritoneální dialýze. Výstupem práce je článek, který je připraven k publikaci.
The bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of nursing care of patients on elimination methods. The theoretical part offers information about the physiology and anatomy of kidneys, elimination methods as a whole and the specifics of nursing care related to elimination methods. Furthermore it contains information about the acute and chronical kidney injury and predialysis. The research part was carried out by a qualitative method using the interview with nurses working at the Department of Dialysis of the Liberec hospital. Thesis describes knowledge of specialized nurses about the specifics of nursing care of a patient on intermittent hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The output of the thesis is creation of the article prepared for publication.
