Abstract
Tématembakalářské práce je poskytování přednemocniční neodkládané péče zdravotnickými záchranáři ve Velké Británii. Velká Británie patří mezi velmi vyspělé země,o tom svědčíi anglo-americký model, na kterém funguje kompletní poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Zdravotnictví ve Velké Británii je dobře organizované a zdravotničtí záchranáři mají u některých výkonů rozsáhlejší kompetence a plnou autonomii nad svými úkony.Vprvní části popisuje bakalářskápráce vzdělání v obecné rovině a vysvětluje možnosti získání kvalifikačního, specializačníhoa celoživotního vzdělání pro zdravotnické záchranáře. V další části bakalářské práce je popsaná přednemocniční neodkladná péče ve Spojeném království Velké Británie,zaměřená na historii zdravotnické záchranné služby,a vysvětlení fungování jednotlivých základních organizací ve Velké Británii. Poslední část se věnuje legislativně právním aspektůma kompetencím zdravotnických záchranářůa dalších členů výjezdové skupiny. Bakalářská práce je teoretického charakteru.Ke zpracovánípráce byla využita metoda review a syntéza.
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the provision of urgent pre-hospital care by paramedics in the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is one of the most successful countries with regards to health care and emergency services. The United Kingdom is also a follower of the Anglo-American model, on which the complete provision of prehospital care is run. Healthcare in the United Kingdom is extremely well organized. Paramedics not only have far more responsibilities but they arealso trained and permitted to carry out advanced procedures at the scene of an emergency. In the first part, the bachelor's thesis describes education in general and explains the possibilities of obtaining qualification, specialisation and lifelong education for paramedics. The next part of the bachelor thesis describes prehospital emergency care in the United Kingdom, focusing on the history of emergency medical services and an explanation of the functioning of various, basic organisations in the United Kingdom. The last part is devoted to the legislations, legal aspects and the competence of paramedics and other members of the field team. The bachelor thesis is that of a theoretical nature, the method of review and synthesis was used to process the work.
