Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku genderových nerovností v současné České republice. Hlavním předmětem analýzy jsou genderové nerovnosti na trhu práce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první z nich je zkoumaná problematika vymezena teoreticky a jsou nastíněny základní přístupy k jejímu studium. V druhé části je proveden vlastní rozbor genderových nerovností na trhu práce a s nimi souvisejících jevů. Nastíněna je rovněž strategie Evropského parlamentu a konkrétní kroky, směřované k zavedení genderově vyvážených politik na trhu práce.
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of gender inequalities in the current Czech Republic. The main subject of the analysis is gender inequalities in the labor market. The work is divided into two parts. In the first part, the researched issue is defined theoretically and the basic approaches are outlined. The second part is based on the analysis of gender inequalities in the labor market and related topics. It also outlines the European Parliament's strategy and concrete steps to introduce gender equality labor market policies.
